About Izakata Stand

An onigiri specialty shop in Tsukiji, Nachikatsuura. It started from a rice farmer’s wish to share the value of rice with more people.

The rice is cooked in a traditional hagama pot to bring out its sweetness and fluffy texture. The fillings let the ingredients speak for themselves, with nothing unnecessary added.
